How it Works
First, we listen to your organization at every level. We receive anonymous feedback from every team member with a culture survey that measures five key areas:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Mission mindset
- Processes & systems
- People development
Then, we facilitate our Listening Tours with anyone who wants to participate to immediately engage your team and build relationships with the people we’ll be working with through our partnership.
Lastly, we align your team through Strategic Planning. We spend this day focusing on where we want to go, breaking it down into bite-sized goals, and setting clear key objectives for your team to focus on throughout the year. From Strategic Planning, we launch the teams to begin knocking out projects to accomplish those key objectives! Our team structure:
- The Connect Team: Meets monthly to review active projects and collaborate on any projects that need to be added as projects are completed.
- Strategic Project Teams: Meets 2x a month to develop and implement solutions across the organization.
- The Dashboard: The leadership team meets monthly to review overall progress, provide feedback and tackle executive-level projects.
